The proposal focuses on the regeneration and conversion of this existing high-rise office building in North London into a residential tower and community spaces. 

The ground floor and first floors will be dedicated to an array of community amenities such as a local library, shops, and cafés.

At the top, taking advantage of the great views, there will be a series of high-end apartments with a dedicated access from the street and a public terrace that operates during the weekends. The rest of the building, occupying three-quarters of the total area, is transformed into housing units, combining studios and affordable housing.
