Acton House is a semi-detached period property in Acton, West London. The existing property has a very generous rear garden that formed a focal point for the development of the design. The project involved working with the existing plan and making alterations to accommodate a growing family.

The design includes rear and side extensions and a large roof extension spanning the entire length of the existing house. The new sections will be clad in anthra zinc, a dark grey standing seam cladding that will unify the roof and ground floor levels.

Acton House will be on site in 2023 with completion early 2024.
